While some names have been on this list year after year, there are some new celebs making appearances in the top. Mainly, Netflix has a huge factor in how much some celebrities are paid and many have seen big paydays due to the streaming service’s payouts. Many of these films were filmed before the Coronavirus pandemic closed down Hollywood, so these actors were still able to earn their paydays.

Earnings: $40 million
Jackie made five movies in the past year and also earns money from endorsement and licensing deals.
Adam Sandler
Earnings: $41 million
Adam recently signed another movie deal with Netflix for four more films on the streaming service. His movie Murder Mystery was a huge hit on the site.
Will Smith
Earnings: $44.5 million
Will is a big-time movie star, and also earns money from social media platforms.
Lin-Manuel Miranda
Earnings: $45.5 million
Disney bought the rights to Lin-Manuel’s show Hamilton for $75 million. He’s also expected to earn a big payday for his upcoming film version of his musical In The Heights.
Akshay Kumar
Earnings: $48.5 million
Akshay is currently working on a new show, The End for Amazon Prime, and also makes money via endorsement deals.

Earnings: $54 million
Vin earns a ton of money from his Fast & Furious franchise and earned money as a producer this year on the series Fast & Furious Spy Races on Netflix. Plus, he starred in the action film Bloodshot earlier this year.

Earnings: $71.5 million
Ryan earned big bucks from his two films Six Underground and Red Notice. He’ll be starring in another Netflix movie soon which will make him even more.

Earnings: $87.5 million
Dwayne is getting used to being at the top spot of this list! This year, he is also starring in Red Notice on Netflix and earned a big payday.
